The 2012 Moulamein Races Local Magazine Fashions on the Field.

Anyone who has read Local Magazine will know that we are passionate about fashion. If there is one thing we love almost as much as fashion it’s a great day out and country races are the perfect mixture of the two. So was with great excitement that Local Magazine was invited to judge & sponsor the 2012 moulamein races fashions on the field.

I was joined on the day as judge by the lovely Kesenya Moore (readers will remember Kesenya from issue 3) and together we faced the tough task of judging the winners & runners up from a selection of stylish, classy and well put together outfits.

I would like to say a big congratulations to all the people involved in organizing the day, the heat it was a great atmosphere, very well run and enjoyable day- I may have even enjoyed a glass or two of champagne in the sponsors marquee.

On the left the runner up for both the 18-25 year old category & the hat of the day. A very eye catching fascinator.

On the right Mel who won the Hat of the Day category. Her striking blood orange headwear could be seen over the crowds everywhere I looked on the day it seemed.

Oh and there was also horse racing on the day for those who are not so interested in fashion:)
